Mandana Karimi is an avid social media user and often shares photos and videos on Instagram. Recently, she took to the platform to share a clip that shows her twerking in a burqa.

Soon after Mandana uploaded her video, it went viral on the internet. Many took to the comment section and trolled the actress for ‘disrespecting’ hijab.
One user went on to write, “Shame! Do not disrespect hijab like this. Atleast, think once before doing such actions!” Another one commented, “You should be ashamed of yourself.. being a muslim you are making fun of hijab shame on you i think you know that how disrespectful act you did.”
One more user wrote, “If ur not a true muslim thn stop making fun of hijab.. ur insulting other religion sentiments by wearing hijab n giving us a nasty dance.”
Meanwhile, Mandana was recently seen in Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp. During the show, she was seen courting several controversies. The actress had revealed that she had an abortion after having a ‘planned pregnancy’ while being in a secret relationship with a director.
She had said, “My relationship was with a very well-known director who talks about women’s rights and independence of women in the outside world, how a woman should be strong. He is an idol to many people from young generation, aspiring filmmakers, and even teenagers, because he has a strong image of coming from zero and becoming someone, having no parents, and becoming someone. My relationship with him was very secretive because I was not yet divorced and after all that I went through, he made me feel he could be that friend.”
