LIC quarterly results, Q3 FY 2023 earnings: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LICI) will be reporting its earnings for the third quarter ended December 2022 of the current fiscal (Q3 FY2023) on Thursday i.e. February 9, 2023.

The LIC will declare its quarterly earnings ended December, 2022 on February 9 post market hours.
It is informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on February 9, 2023, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine month period ended on December 31, 2022,” the LIC had informed in a BSE stock exchange filing earlier.
LIC quarterly results preview and expectations
The country’s largest life insurer’s APE is expected to grow by 18% YoY to Rs 13,500 crore in the Q3 FY2023 while the Group APE is likely to grow by 42% YoY and individual APE by 12% YoY, according to a ET Now poll.
The ET Now poll also expects the value of new business (VNB) to be at around Rs 2130 crore while the net profit of the life insurance company is also expected to rise in the third quarter of the current financial year.

LIC Q2 Results
LIC’s standalone net profit stood at Rs 15,952 crore for the quarter ended September and net premium income increased 26.6% YoY to Rs 1.32 lakh crore. The net income from investments rose 10% YoY to Rs 84,104 crore in the second quarter ending September, 2022.
