As fans across the world celebrate Shah Rukh Khan’s 60th birthday, the first look of the superstar’s much-awaited film King is finally out. The wait is over as director Siddharth Anand unveiled the teaser, giving audiences a glimpse of SRK’s fierce new avatar.

Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) handle, Siddharth Anand dropped the announcement video, and it has already taken the internet by storm.

King marks the second collaboration between Anand and Khan after Pathaan.

Just a few days ago, SRK hosted an #AskSRK session where a fan asked him what secret he was hiding about his upcoming film King. In a playful response, SRK tagged director Siddharth Anand and teased him about the ongoing guessing game. He wrote, “@justSidAnand kuch dikha na finally! Fans aur main dono tired ho gaye hain guessing game khelte khelte… aap ‘Remember’… ‘There is…’ bol bolke kya tease kar rahe ho?”

The teaser, shared across social media platforms, sparked an immediate and enthusiastic response from fans.

The one-minute, eleven-second teaser features gripping visuals, fast-paced action, and a darker, more intense version of Khan than audiences have ever seen before. Sporting silver hair, sharp expressions, and a brooding aura, the actor embodies a ruthless and enigmatic persona.

In one of the standout moments, SRK delivers a chilling dialogue that instantly caught viewers’ attention:“Kitne khoon kiye, yaad nahi. Achhe log the ya bure, kabhi pucha nahi. Bas unki aankhon mein ehsaas dekha ki ye unki aakhri saas hain. Aur mein uski wajah.”

The teaser also includes a subtle detail , Khan holding a King of Hearts card  a nod to his long-standing title as the “King of Hearts” both on and off screen. It ends with the actor declaring, “Dar nahi, deshat hoon.”
