Bollywood’s much-loved jodi Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani finally tied the knot on February 7 after months of speculations. The royal wedding was an extremely private ceremony held at Suryagarh Jaisalmer and fans had been waiting with bated breaths to get glimpses of the dreamy affair. Sid and his ‘Ki’ later shared a string of photos from the festivities. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking video from their varmala ceremony.
Kiara Advani reveals her FIRST thought
The newlyweds attended an award ceremony on Saturday night. An inside video from the event shows the new bride recalling her first reaction to seeing her ‘Ranjha‘ Sid dressed as her groom.
In the now-viral video, Kiara can be heard saying, “Mai bahot emotional thi. Lekin jaise hi darwaaze khule and I saw him, andar se I was like, ‘Yay, I am getting married.’ Aur wohi feeling leke mai aage chali gayi. And of course, when you marry someone you love, the love of your love, you will feel that way na.”
Host Maniesh Paul then teased Sidharth, who was sitting in the audience. The Shershaah actor later graced the stage to give his beautiful wife a tight hug.
After secretly dating each other for a few years, the duo got married in an intimate but lavish ceremony at Suryagarh Palace in Rajasthan. It was only attended by family members and close friends, including Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor and Manish Malhotra.
