At 79, Amitabh Bachchan is not only one of the most loved actors in Bollywood but he is also one of the busiest stars. Apart from juggling many films at once, the veteran actor has also been hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati 13. A new season of the popular game show started a few weeks back at it has been nothing but a joy ride. Tonight, contestant Hema Sahu sat on the hot seat after winning the fastest finger first round.
During her time on the show, Hema went on to share how Big B’s film Baghban has inspired her. She recalled that in the film, Big B’s character pays for the education of a child who wishes to study. The contestant then said that when she becomes financially independent, she would like to sponsor the lifetime education of a child.
Her thought process left Big B mighty impressed and praising her, he said, “Is umar mein aisa sochna aapke liye yeh bahut hi badi baat hai (It is a big thing for you to think like this at such an age).”
Hema also got a special video message from veteran actress Hema Malini during the episode. The contestant played well on the show. However, she could not answer the Rs 12,50,000 question correctly. She went home with Rs 3,20,000.

On the movie front, Big B has many projects coming up including Brahmastra and The Intern remake. Brahmastra is being helmed by Ayan Mukerji and Karan Johar is producing it under his banner, Dharma Productions. The much-awaited film will feature Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.
He has also teamed up with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone for a pan-India film. The megastar has also collaborated with Ajay Devgn for Mayday, which is being directed by the latter. The movie will also star Rakul Preet Singh.
