Shahid had reportedly bought the property in 2014 before he married Mira and they welcomed baby angel Misha Kapoor. The proximity to Juhu beach is the main attraction of the building. As per reports, the property in the Praneta building is spread over 3,681 sq ft and comes with two parking spaces in the compound. The lease terms indicated a 7% escalation in rent every year.
As per the reports by Hindustan Times, the Bollywood actor will be paying a monthly rent of ₹7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, ₹8.02 lakh in the second year and ₹8.58 lakh in the third year. The actor has paid ₹45 lakh as the security deposit. The stamp duty and registration for the 36-month lease transaction were done on January 12, 2023.
For those who don’t know, Shahid and Mira are currently residing in a sea-facing apartment in the building named Three Sixty West in Worli, which reportedly costs around Rs 58 crore. Shahid and Mira made their decision to shift out of their Juhu home after the parents of the duo got concerned over the growing public on the beach, which was also visible from their abode’s deck area. The Farzi actor had bought the flat as a bachelor.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan was last seen in a new avatar in Freddy alongside Alaya F. Recently, he finally unveiled the trailer of the highly-anticipated film Shehzaada. The film also features Kriti Sanon in the lead role.
