After a long wait, the official trailer of Kapil Sharma’s show I’m Not Done Yet has been released. In the same, one can see the comedian making the live audience laugh with his jokes. In the live audience, his wife Ginni Chatrath was also present and was seen having a gala time. The trailer is going viral and everyone is seen talking about it on social media and otherwise. The show will be releasing on January 28, 2022. Bharti Singh and Kapil’s mother were also seen in the audience with Ginni.
The trailer started with Kapil talking about his hometown Amritsar and the three famous things about his birthplace. He then joked about his wife Ginni and how he was preparing for the show. Kapil starts by saying, “I have been working in the industry for over 25 years now, and I have been working for 15 years on TV now. Actually, I have never taken comedy seriously because we as Punjabis are joking around all the time. It comes naturally. I didn’t know it was something you could get paid for.”
Later, in the trailer, he was heard saying, “so when I was about to come on Netflix, and my friends got to know about it, they asked me why are you going to Netflix. I feel I am not done yet. These lines go very well with my life. I stood in front of the mirror and was repeating ” I am not done yet.” My wife threw a pillow at me. She said we have had two kids in one and a half years, what’s your plan.”
Kapil and Ginni are proud parents to a two-year-old daughter, Anayra, and an 11-month-old son, Trishaan. Kapil and Ginni tied the knot in twin wedding ceremonies in December 2018.
Not just that, Ginni was also seen roasting her husband. In the trailer, Kapil asked, “Ek scooter wale ladke se kya sochkar pyaar kia (What made you love a scooter-driving m)?” Ginni, seated among the audience in black attire, replied, “I thought everyone loves a rich guy. Maine socha is gareeb ka bhala kardu (Let me do some charity for this poor guy).”
Kapil shared the trailer and wrote, “Have you seen this? Releasing on 28th January.”
On the show, Kapil will also be seen talking about the time when he drunk tweeted a politician.
