While Bollywood diva Kangana Ranaut doesn’t tend to praise celebrities easily, she sure does seem to have a favourite B-town actor right now! Taking to Twitter to interact with her fans through an #AskKangana, the actress was all praise for Shehzada star Kartik Aaryan.
Kangana Ranaut praises Kartik Aaryan
When a fan asked the Bollywood diva what she admires most about Kartik Aaryan, Kangana responded, “Kartik is self made and follows his own path, he is not a part of any camp or group, he is cool.”
However, this isn’t the first time Kangana has lauded the Bollywood heartthrob. Last year, during a trailer launch of Dhaakad, the Manikarnika actress expressed her pride and fondness for Kartik. The Shehzada actor had responded to Kangana’s remark, saying, “I am really happy unhone aise kiya. I watched that bit from her press conference where she said so. It feels good to know when appreciation comes from an actor like her who’s so good at her craft.”
Kartik Aaryan’s professional life
Currently busy with the promotions of his action-comedy film Shehzada, Kartik will next be seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha alongside Kiara Advani. The Bollywood heartthrob also has Hansal Mehta’s Captain India, Aashiqui 3 and Kabir Khan’s untitled next in his kitty. While he was rumoured to replace Akshay Kumar as Raju in the third installment of Hera Pheri, the project seems to have fallen through.
As for Kangana, the Bollywood diva has a number of projects in her kitty! Apart from her highly awaited film Emergency, Kangana will also be seen in Tejas, Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda, The Incarnation: Sita and Chandramukhi 2, the sequel to Rajinikanth’s 2005 Tamil movie.
Furthermore, she reportedly has a biopic based on the life of Bengali theater legend Noti Binodini in development with director Pradeep Sarkar.
