After users across India complained that they were facing glitches while operating HDFC Bank mobile app and net banking, the lender replied claiming that the “issues” got resolved.
Some users took to social media complaining that they were not being able to carry out transactions for over two hours, while many said that they were being logged out of the app frequently.
Reacting to users’ complaints, the lender late in the evening claimed it resolved issues with net banking and mobile application.
Earlier, users shared screenshots of the issue on Twitter, tagging HDFC handles. “@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares Your netbanking services appear to be down. When can we expect a resumption of services?” one user tweeted.
From its Twitter handle, the bank earlier asked affected users to dial their helpline number. “We apologize on behalf of, HDFC Bank sorry About Your Concern Please Reach Us Our 24/7 Helpline No 63718-51146 Any Issue for the inconvenience caused to you. to assist you better thanks,” it replied to tweets.
