Epstein Files Out: US president Donald Trump accused of rape in fresh documents, DoJ says ‘The claims are…’

The US Justice Department has released a fresh batch of documents linked to late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Besides including an email from a prosecutor about Donald Trump’s travel details during the 1990s, the files contain an unverified allegation about the United States President. Some material accused Trump of raping a woman decades ago, but the department has dismissed it as “untrue and sensationalist.”

DOG’s response to ‘rape’ allegation against President Trump

Nearly 30,000 pages of documents and dozens of video clips related to Jeffrey Epstein are available on the official website of the Justice Department. The records were made public on Tuesday (December 23, 2025) in the interest of legal transparency to protect the identity of Epstein criminal case victims. The US Department of Justice said the allegations against the Republican President are unverified and should not be treated as factual.

Driver’s account in FBI intake report

An FBI intake report (October 27, 2020) records a former limousine driver’s account. He described a disturbing phone conversation involving Trump and Epstein that he alleged he overheard in 1995. According to the People, the driver says that an unnamed woman told him that ‘Trump’, alongside Epstein, raped her. The alleged girl was later found dead after reporting the incident.

DOJ addresses the claims

In a statement on X on Tuesday, the DOJ addressed the claims, stating that some materials contain “untrue and sensationalist” claims against President Trump, submitted to the FBI before the 2020 elections.

“To be clear: the claims are unfounded and false, and if they had a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponised against President Trump already,” the Justice Department said.
