Realty major DLF on Thursday announced that it has sold 1,137 luxury apartments, priced Rs 7 crore and above, in its housing project in Gurugram for over Rs 8,000 crore within 3 days, reflecting a strong demand for premium flats across major cities.

DLF said that it has “witnessed record breaking pre-formal launch sales of Rs 8,000-plus crores for its luxury high-rise residences, The Arbour”, in an exchange filing. The luxury neighbourhood is spread over 25 acres, boasts five iconic towers that rise up to 38/39 stories, it added.
The luxurious project comprises of well-appointed, spacious, and elegant 1137 identical 4 BHK + study + utility room configurations, with prices starting from Rs 7 crores onward, per unit. The project is located at Golf Course Extension Road, Sector-63 Gurugram.
CEO Ashok Tyagi and Chief Business Officer, Akash Ohri told ET NOW that the inventory got sold at an average price of RS 7.5+ crore at 18,000 sq ft. The project has received tremendous response from the NRIs.

DLF — the country’s largest real estate firm in terms of market capitalisation — achieved a 45 per cent growth in sales bookings to Rs 6,599 crore in April-December period of this fiscal. The realty major has this fiscal launched residential projects in Delhi, Gurugram, Panchkula and Chennai this fiscal.
