Deepika Padukone is currently on her winning streak and she’s making the headlines, for all the good reasons, every single day now. She first announced that she’s serving as the jury on Cannes 2022 panel and then she confirmed that she has become the first Indian brand ambassador Louis Vuitton.
The actress recently even attended the cruise show of the luxury brand and her photos have now taken over the internet. For her first red carpet appearance as the brand ambassador, Deepika picked an outfit that proves why she’s the style queen.
The Bollywood actress styled an oversized jacket and rounded her look with the much-talked about LV sling bag and knee-high leather boots that every fashionista needs in their winter wardrobe. Deepika completed her look for the day with a messy bun and as for her makeup, she kept things minimalistic.
Instead of her signature winged eyeliner look, DP wore a sleek stroke of kohl and added oodles of mascara. She picked a nude lipstick and called it a day!
Coming to Deepika as Louis Vuitton’s brand ambassador, the actress on Tuesday (May 10) shared a press release that confirmed the good news.
A part of it read, “Following a strong collaborative relationship with the Maison, including an appearance in Nicolas Ghesquière’s novel-inspired Pre-Fall 2020 campaign, the award-winning actress begins an exciting new chapter of her journey with Louis Vuitton.”
For the unversed, Deepika is sharing the house ambassador association with Hollywood actress Emma Stone and China’s leading star, Zhou Dongyu.
After this event, Deepika will be heading for Cannes 2022 on May 16, 2022. As per reports, she expected to walk the red carpet on all 10 days. We cannot wait for Deepika’s Cannes look, what about you?
