Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini  launched ‘Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana’ and inaugurated health and medical projects in Panchkula. The launch marked the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya. CM Saini stated that the newly launched scheme aims at women’s empowerment by providing them with financial assistance and ensuring transparency through technology.

The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana will provide a direct benefit of Rs 2,100 per month to women aged 23 to 60 years, belonging to families with an annual income of up to Rs 1 lakh per annum. Moreover, to assist applicants, the state government has also introduced two toll-free helpline numbers and launched the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi app.

“For transparency, we have also launched the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi app. Since its launch, 50,000 women from Haryana have downloaded it, and 8,000 women from Haryana have submitted their applications. I am also launching two toll-free numbers… so that if our sisters from Haryana face any difficulties in applying for the form, they can call these numbers for help…This scheme will benefit women aged 23 to 60 years, with an annual family income of up to Rs 1,00,000, who will receive Rs 2,100 monthly directly into their bank accounts,” he mentioned further,” CM Saini said.

The ‘Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana’ effective from September 25, 2025 is an initiative of the Haryana government. If you are from Haryana and planning to avail the benefits of this scheme, here is everything you need to know:

Starting date: September 25, 2025.

Benefits: Under this scheme, women above 23 years of age (unmarried and married) will receive financial assistance of Rs 2,100 every month. Moreover, if there are 3 women in a family, all three can avail the benefits under ‘Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana’.

Eligibility: To receive Rs 2,100 every month, under the ‘Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana’, a girl must be over 23 years old.
The scheme applies to both married and unmarried women of Haryana, which is a plus point of this scheme.
Women belonging to families earning up to Rs 1 lakh per year are included and eligible for this scheme.
Who, or whose husband (in the case of a woman married into Haryana from another state), is a resident of Haryana and has been residing in the state for the last 15 years or more at the time of application.

The ‘Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana’ echoes the state government’s initiative of “Sashakt Nari, Sashakt Samaj, Sashakt Haryana.”
