Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are tying the knot today (April 14) and their wedding has all our attention. While we are waiting to see photos of Ranbir and Alia as husband and wife for the first time, a video featuring Neetu Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor has our attention. In the video, Neetu and Karisma can be seen dancing to songs like Mehendi Hain Rachne Wali, Cutie Pie and more.
The video was shared by celebrated choreographer Rajendra Singh and he offered an exclusive glimpse of the rehearsals for mehendi ceremony. The video clip has now gone viral and left fans excited to see the full performance. In an exclusive chat with Rudrani Chattoraj, Zoom TV Digital, Singh opened up about the dance performances, the songs he picked for the Kapoors and much more.
He revealed that choreographing the Kapoors was not a tough job as he had the best dancers like Karsima, Kareena, Neetu and others. He further added that he picked Cutie Pie from Ranbir’s movie and also choreographed Dholida song from Alia’s Gangubhai Kathiawadi.
Singh also revealed that Ranbir gave a special performance on Tenu Leke Main along with his brother-in-law Bharat Sahni. Ranbir’s special performance for Alia. We cannot wait to see a video of this!
“We selected Gangubai Kathiawadi Dholida, which right now is number one plus it is Alia’s movie then we selected Cutie Pie and then we did Tenu Leke Main Javanga jisme Ranbir or Bharat Sahni, jo unke sister ke husband hai, unhone join kiya. It was fun, totally fun. Yeh 3-4 practice kese hue pata hi nahi chala,” said Singh. He revealed he choreographed the dances in short notice and it only took 3-4 rehearsals.
Ranbir and Alia are getting married today at the Vastu building. As per reports, the are going to make their first appearance as husband and wife sometime in the evenings. They are going to pose for the paps and we cannot wait for that moment to arrive.
