Our boys have done it again! The k-pop phenomenon BTS has a history of churning out back-to-back hits and setting another major record, the boys have made Billboard history. Adding another feather to their cap, BTS truly are the revolution.
They are considered among the most renowned K-pop bands in the world for a lot of reasons. Their songs are the top ones, without any doubt they’re immensely loved by the ARMY. After shattering records on both domestic as well as international charts, they’ve bagged spots on them all. The latest addition to their achievements comes on Billboard.
On November 1 (Tuesday), the official team Billboard took to Twitter and dropped the chart list of artists who have achieved the most Number One hit on the Hot 100 chart in the past decade. Well, BTS topped the list with a total of six chart-topping hits.
The seven-member boy group from Korea has been on a trailblazing path ever since they stepped into the industry in 2013. Every year, they leave no stone unturned in proving bigger for them than the last.
However, the other artists who bagged the most Hot 100 Numbers ones on Billboard, included Drake with five hits, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift with four each, Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj.
However, this isn’t their first achievement on the Billboard charts during this era! As per the chart history by Billboard, BTS ranked in the HOT 100 in 2022 with the remix version of Savage Love by Jason Derulo for a week before they ace the chart again twice for Dynamite and Life Goes On.
In 2021, the K-pop band BTS remained on the Hot 100 and held their position at the top with Butter. Well, it seems the songs are still making waves on the charts.
After sending everyone into a frenzy with their group and solo concerts, BTS has announced that they will be enlisting for mandatory military service. Jin will be the first member to enlist, recently he recently unveiled his solo album, The Astronaut, on October 28.
