The Tamil sports action drama ‘Bison Kaalamaadan’, directed by Mari Selvaraj and starring Dhruv Vikram as lead is all set to launch on digital screens after its fantastic theatrical run. Jointly produced by Sameer Nair, Deepak Seigal, Pa. Ranjith, and Aditi Anand under Applause Entertainment and Neelam Studios, the film is based on the life of kabaddi player Manathi Ganesan.
It tells the story of a man who fights against caste-based discrimination while pursuing his dream of excelling in kabaddi.
This film was released in cinemas on October 17, 2025 and resulted as the commercial success with grossing over Rs. 45 Cr domestically within 25 days and Rs. 55 Cr worldwide in just 10 days.

Now, for audiences who missed its theatrical run, the film’s streaming rights appear to be acquired by Netflix . According to TOI reports, the film will drop on Netflix around November 21, 2025. The movie is also available in different languages to reach a broader audience.
The film stars Dhruv Vikram, Pasupathy, Ameer, Lal, Anupama Parameswaran, Rajisha Vijayan, Azhagam Perumal, and Haritha Mutharasan.
In India, Bison was released along with Dude and Diesel. It earned Rs 2.30 crore (about US$270,000) on its opening day, making it the second biggest opener among the three films.
