Model-rapper Asim Riaz shot to fame with his appearance in the Salman Khan show, Bigg Boss 13. Interestingly, the handsome hunk was in the top 2 alongside Sidharth Shukla and lost to the late TV actor in the finale. After the Bigg Boss 13 winner announcement, many people thought Asim was much deserving for the trophy and started slamming the makers for making Sidharth the winner of the Salman Khan show.
Asim Riaz labels Sidharth Shukla’s Bigg Boss 13 win rigged
After almost 4 years, Asim Riaz recalled his Bigg Boss 13 days and revealed that Sidharth Shukla’s win was rigged. For the unversed, Sidharth is no more with us. He passed away in September 2021 due to a heart attack. Asim was also heartbroken after his demise. However, he still feels that he was much more deserving than the late Balika Vadhu actor.
In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Asim Riaz said, “Mere dauraan unhone kya kiya (during my journey what they did), because they didn’t want me to win, haanji bhai aaj hum online voting khol denge 15 min ke liye, jitana hai jitao jisko (they opened online voting and said, make whoever you want win). Come on man, just say you don’t want to make me win, it’s okay. You made it that obvious that we had to believe that you did whatever and I was like it’s okay.”
