Popular actor Arun Bali left for his heavenly abode on Friday morning. He was 79. The actor was best known for his roles in 3 Idiots, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Khalnayak, Sayta, Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman and more. He also worked in popular daily soaps such as Chanakya and Swabhimaan.
Soon after the sad news of his demise was reported, his co-stars and other celebrities offered condolences. Bollywood actors Abhishek Bachchan, Neena Gupta and more shared emotional notes mourning the demise. Former Indian international cricketer Yuvraj Singh also paid a heartfelt tribute. Captain Amarinder Singh, former Chief Minister of Punjab, was among the others who grieved the loss.
Jr Bachchan tweeted, “Very sad to hear of the passing of Arun Bali Ji. A wonderfully warm and loving man. Had the pleasure to share screen space with him on several film. My condolences to his family. Om shanti.”
Meanwhile, veteran actress Neena Gupta penned, “Goodbye #ArunBali. My first day of shoot on the Parampara series set years ago with Arun Bali. So glad we got to shoot recently for Goodbye.”

Arun Bali breathed at his residence in suburban Mumbai. As per reports, he was suffering with Myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease. The veteran actor is survived by a son and three daughters.
