Mumbai Police earlier in the day said a complaint was registered at DB Marg Police Station and further investigation in this matter is being carried out.
The incident is reminiscent of a similar incident in August when an anonymous caller issued threats to the Ambani family in 8 calls to the Reliance Foundation Hospital.
Hospital authorities filed a complaint at the DB Marg Police Station and the police put in motion the process to track the caller’s location. Officials detained a 56-year-old man named Vishnu Bhowmik in the matter. He was detained from Dahisar suburb of Mumbai.
