While some disappoint the fashion critics with not so satisfactory looks, others simply forget to pick the right outfit for the occasion. But sometimes, tinsel town celebs also get trolled for showing some skin. On Monday, actress Ananya Panday left netizens annoyed with her sartorial pick. But her Gehraiyaan co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi is winning hearts for his sweet gesture.

Ahead of the release of Gehraiyaan, Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday stepped out in Mumbai. They have kickstarted the promotions of their much-awaited film. And for the first day, Ananya picked an outfit that left her a little uncomfortable. 

Since Saturday’s unseasonal rains, Mumbai has been witnessing winds and the temperature has also dropped. Even the daytime temperatures have been quite low for the last few days. But when Ananya decided to pick an outfit for the promotional event of Gehraiyaan, she apparently forgot to keep the weather in mind. The Student of the Year 2 actress was seen wearing a skimpy, strapless top in brown colour. She paired the tube top with printed beige pants. As she posed for the paparazzi outside Mumbai’s Taj Lands End, she looked visibly uncomfortable because of the cold winds.

Her co-star Siddhant came to the rescue and proved that he’s a true gentleman. He was seen giving his jacket to Ananya and even helping her wear it. Then the duo cutely posed for the paparazzi. The video has left everyone in awe of the Gully Boy actor. 

Meanwhile, speaking of Gehraiyaan, the trailer of the film recently dropped online. It explores complex human relationships and revolves around a tale of infidelity. It also stars Dhairya Karwa, Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapur in pivotal roles. It is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video on February 11.

Earlier today, the makers of Gehraiyaan dropped the first song from the film, Doobey, online. It has been composed by Kabeer Kathpalia and Savera.
