At 81, Amitabh Bachchan is competing fiercely with Bollywood’s young stars. Currently, Big B is in the news for ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. However, he recently made a mistake, which he quickly recognized and apologized for to his fans. He shared the details of the incident himself.
Amitabh Bachchan is very active on social media. He frequently shares his blogs, photos, and discusses old films. Recently, Big B posted an apology, explaining the mistake he had made.
Recently, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ star Amitabh Bachchan shared a running video on social media. In the video, he included a scene from one of his films where he is seen running and captioned it – ‘Agnipath se ab tak bhaag raha hai’. However, he made a big mistake in this post. When he realized his error, he immediately apologized.
Why did Amitabh Bachchan apologize?
Amitabh Bachchan mistakenly identified a scene in his running video as being from ‘Agneepath’, when it was actually from his film ‘Akela’. Realizing his mistake, he quickly apologized on his Instagram story, writing, “Sorry, the picture I posted of myself running and said was from ‘Agneepath’ is actually from ‘Akela’. Thanks to the well-wishers.”
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will soon appear in the 16th season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, which has already started filming. Last week, the Bollywood superstar shared the first black and white photo from the quiz show’s set on his X handle, writing, “KBC’s 16th season is coming back.”
The film ‘Akela’ was released in 1991 and directed by Ramesh Sippy. It featured Amitabh Bachchan alongside veteran actresses Jackie Shroff, Amrita Singh, and Meenakshi Sheshadri in an action thriller. In contrast, ‘Agneepath’ was released in 1990 as an action crime drama directed by Mukul Anand, with a story written by Santosh Saroj and Kader Khan, and produced by Yash Johar.
