Salman Khan was recently diagnosed with Dengue. Post this, the Mumbai authorities sprung into action to carry out an inspection of his apartment. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Sunday, was at his residence to search for possible mosquito breeding spots.
A civic group fumigated the opulent Bandra West society as part of their larger investigation. Along with the Galaxy Apartments, they also carried out the process at six other buildings located nearby.
As per the officials, Aedes mosquito breeding sites have reportedly been found within Galaxy Apartments. They also added that the residents there weren’t given any notices.
Upon being asked about the same, BMC Pesticides Department Officer Rajendra Naringrekar said that the notice is usually not sent to the societies but instead to the specific owners of the home in case larvae are found at their place.
For those who don’t know, the Kick actor was diagnosed with dengue last week. Due to this, he had to take a short break from several projects including filming for the reality show, Bigg Boss. His team shared sometime back that the star has been recovering and is ready to get back to work now.
Meanwhile, he was seen at his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma’s birthday bash, recently. Khan left everyone in awe as he adorably took his niece Ayat in his arms. A video of the same even went viral on social media.
On the work front, Salman has two back-to-back films scheduled for 2023. He has got the audience covered for two major festivals. While Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be released on Eid next year, Tiger 3 will be released following that on Diwali.
His fans have been waiting for these projects especially the third installation in the Tiger series. Now that he has recovered, the actor has once again become busy with shooting.
