Australia ended the Day 2 of the IND vs AUS 3rd Test at a score of 405/7 in 101 overs wherein Travis Head and Steve Smith smashed match winning hundreds. At one end, Head played an innings of 152 runs from 160 balls whereas Smith achieved a Test hundred after a gap of 541 days. Smith got out for 101 runs from 190 balls. The Indian team at the present time has been put under the pump by the hosts and now needs a solid batting performance to make a comeback in the match. The Aussies have made a brilliant comeback after being hammered in the first Test match by a margin of 295 runs and now will look to put more pressure on Team India to win the match.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma’s decision to bowl first in Brisbane has come under the scanner after winning the toss. Australia have put up a brilliant batting effort as of now and it looks like the they can easily touch the 500-run mark. After the Indian team was put under the pump by Australia,

Team India got wrapped up for 46 runs during the first Test against New Zealand played in Bengaluru in October this year. Eyeing the overcast conditions, Indian captain Rohit Sharma opted to bat first after which the Kiwi bowlers put up a brilliant bowling effort and wrapped up the Indian team for its lowest ever score in Tests at home. During that time, Rohit was being slammed by the critics and surely it proved out to be a major reason behind Team India’s 3-0 loss against New Zealand.
