Vikrant Massey has returned to the big screens with his movie ‘The Sabarmati Report’, based on the events that took place on February 27, 2002, near the Godhra railway station in Gujarat. The movie has shown a decent performance at the box office till now but has received a lukewarm response from the audience. Take a look at the box office report of ‘The Sabarmati Report’ till day 4.

The Sabarmati Report Box Office Collection Day 4:

According to the website Sacnilk, ‘The Sabarmati Report’ collected Rs 1.10 crore on day 4 as per early estimates. This is a decline in numbers from the previous day’s collection. The movie has earned Rs 7.45 crore in  total.

Home Minister Amit Shah recently praised ‘The Sabarmati Report’ on X (formerly Twitter). He wrote, “No matter how hard a powerful ecosystem tries, it cannot keep the truth hidden in darkness forever. The film #SabarmatiReport defies the ecosystem with unparalleled courage and exposes the truth behind the fateful episode to broad daylight,” Mr Shah posted on X.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also had similar thoughts about the film. He reshared a post that called the film ‘a must watch’ and wrote, “Well said. It is good that this truth is coming out, and that too in a way common people can see it. A fake narrative can persist only for a limited period of time. Eventually, the facts will always come out!”

Apart from Vikrant Massey, the movie also stars Raashi Khanna and Ridhi Dogra in the lead roles.
