The Indian Premier League is one of the biggest leagues in the world and big names from all over the world come out to play in front of the Indian fans and entertain them. The aura of the IPL is so big that there is hardly any international cricket planned during the time when the tournament commences. Mainstream players from all over the world come to play in the tournament rather than playing for national teams. Only players from Pakistan are not allowed in the competition due to the poor relations between India and Pakistan.
