Devara’ became one of the most successful Telugu movies of 2024 and broke several records at the box office. Starring Jr NTR in the lead role, the movie revolves around a man living near a coastal region in India and protecting his people against evildoers. After its grand success at the box office, ‘Devara’ is gearing up for its OTT release. 

Devara OTT Release Date: 

‘Devara’ will release on Netflix on November 8. 

Announcing the release date, Netflix India wrote, “It’s time… It’s time for fear to step in, for the sea to turn red and for the hills to hail the Tiger. Watch Devara on Netflix, on 8 November in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. Coming soon in Hindi.” 

Apart from its original Telugu version, the movie will also release in dubbed versions of Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The OTT release date of the Hindi dubbed version of ‘Devara’ will also be announced soon. 

Apart from Jr NTR, the movie also stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles. Both the actors have made their Telugu debut with ‘Devara’.  While speaking to Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar for a fun chat, the ‘RRR’ had high praise for Saif Ali Khan’s performance in ‘Devara’ and said that it reminded him of ‘Omkara’. Praising Saif, the actor said, “Saif’s character is…I don’t know I was so excited seeing him while watching the movie. I just remember that immediately when I saw the film and when I saw his performance, I went back to Omkara. He gives you that vibe and he was outstanding in that movie. I don’t remember when I actually saw him that fabulous.”

Directed by Koratala Siva, the movie also stars Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko and Narain in pivotal roles. ‘Devara’ will return for its second part.
