Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) in a major military operation killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in a targeted airstrike in the city of Beirut, Lebanon. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed the strike and went ahead to issue a very stern warning to Iran, stating that no place in Iran or the Middle East is off limits to Israel. As per the Prime Minister, the killing of Nasrallah will be the end of hope of all those who are opposing the violent dictatorship of Iran in countries like Lebanon, Syria, and Iran itself.

According to Nasrallah’s death, which is considered the next big step in Israel’s policies for bringing back hostages and peace to the north within its territories, Netanyahu observed that unless Nasrallah was dead, he would have restored Hezbollah’s strength within no time. The operation draws closer a return to the Israeli residents displaced by the war and brings Israel closer to hostage releases held by Hezbollah and Hamas.

Statement Of IDF On Nasrallah’s Death
Israel confirmed that Nasrallah was killed in airstrikes against Hezbollah headquarters in the southern suburbs of Beirut, known as Dahiyeh. According to the IDF, “Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorize the world.” The area targeted is known to be a stronghold for Hezbollah, with Nasrallah’s command center located underground, hidden beneath residential buildings.
This represented a new angle to Israel’s war with Hezbollah and Iran as it was removing Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah’s defense strategist. Rising the defense, Netanyahu was giving an omen to Iran that he might become a necessity if such action was called for.
