SBI ATM UPI Cash Withdrawal Process: Step By Step Guide

Did you know? You could use ‘SBI ATM UPI Cash Withdrawal’ feature to seamlessly withdraw cash from any ATM sans the help of any debit or credit card. The largest public bank of the country, the State Bank of India has extended this facility for bank account holders. With the use of any UPI app like PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay or any other app, citizens can easily utilize the ‘SBI ATM UPI Cash Withdrawal’ feature without any hassle to dispense out cash. Notably, not only SBI, but also other major large size banks have allowed citizens to withdraw money through UPI at their own and at other banks’ ATMs. Let’s check out how you can withdraw cash from SBI ATMs  without debit or credit cards.

Follow the below mentioned steps to utilise the ‘SBI ATM UPI Cash Withdrawal’ facility

1. At the SBI ATM, select the cash withdrawal option

2. Then, put your finger on UPI option on the ATM screen

3. A QR code will be generated on the ATM screen

4. Then, open any of your UPI payment app on your smartphone and click on the QR scanner symbol

Scan the QR code displayed on the ATM screen

5. Then, mention the transaction amount  and click on ‘Proceed’

6. Enter your UPI PIN

  Your transaction will be completed and ATM will dispense out cash!

SBI ATM UPI Cash Withdrawal Limit

One can  withdrawal up to Rs. 10,000 per transaction through UPI at ATMs. 

SBI ATM UPI Cash Withdrawal Charges

According to the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) rules and regulations governing the banking sector of the country, banks are not authorized to levy any charges on extension of feature of the ATM cash withdrawal using UPI feature to customers as long as the bank and the ATM is not different. But if the bank is different from the ATM, then, customers will have to pay some charges
