‘Devara’ is one of the most awaited Indian movies of the month and has created a huge hype among the audience ever since its announcement. Starring Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles, the movie is set in the 1980s and 1990s against the backdrop of a coastal region in India. Jr NTR will also return to the big screen after a gap of two years and fans have high expectations from him as he was last seen in the blockbuster ‘RRR’.
Sharing the trailer of ‘Devara’, Jr NTR wrote on Instagram, “Here’s the #DevaraReleaseTrailer… Can’t wait for you all to experience DEVARA this Sept 27th!”
The trailer showcases Jr NTR’s double role as he will be seen as both father and son.
‘Devara’ will also mark the Telugu or Tollywood debut of Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. Saif Ali Khan recently expressed his gratitude towards Jr NTR and the team of ‘Devara’ for welcoming him into the Telugu cinema with open arms and also praised the crew for being kind to him.
He said, “Lovely people, I must say. Your unit and the crew – it was such a pleasure to work with everyone. So polite and kind – it was the nicest experience ever. Thank you for being so welcoming and amazing.”
Directed by Koratala Siva, the movie also stars Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko and Narain in supporting roles.
