Duleep Trophy 2024: Riyan Parag Angrily Hits The Bat During The Match, Video Went Viral

In a match between India A and India B in Bengaluru. Riyan Parag batted brilliantly on the second day for India A. But on the third day, Parag could not prolong his innings and returned to the pavilion after getting out.

After getting out, Parag was seen getting red with anger in the middle of the field. During this, he also banged his bat. The commentators were also surprised to see this.

Riyan Parag’s Anger Went Viral

Riyan Parag is a passionate player, he shared a 79-run partnership with KL Rahul for India B in this match. When the team lost 2 wickets back to back. In such a situation, Parag wanted to make his innings big. But this could not happen. Parag could not understand the ball of left-arm fast bowler Yash Dayal. He tried to play the ball going on the leg side.

But during this, the ball took the edge of the bat and went into the gloves of wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant. Pant also did not make any mistake and Parag had to return to the pavilion. After this, Parag became red with anger. Commentator Anjum Chopra was also surprised to see this. But later she realized that Parag was not unhappy with the umpire’s decision but with his bad shot.

Innings Faltered After Parag And Rahul

Parag scored 30 runs in 64 balls for India A in this match. While KL Rahul played an innings of 37 runs in 111 balls. After the dismissal of both batters, India B’s team faltered. India B lost 3 wickets within 50 runs. Till the time of writing the news, India B has scored 208/7 runs. From India A’s side, Musheer Khan played the highest innings of 181 runs in 373 balls, due to which the team scored 321 runs.
