India’s largest-ever Paralympic team is set to make waves at the Paralympics 2024 in Paris, aiming for their highest medal count to date. On Day 1, the action will be intense across various sports including badminton, archery, and table tennis, with several exciting preliminary rounds.
Para-Archery will see a standout performance from young star Sheetal Devi in the women’s individual compound open ranking round. Sheetal, who clinched two golds and a silver at the 2023 Asian Para Games, will be joined by Sarita in this event.
In Para-Badminton, expect thrilling matches as Sukant Kadam, Manoj Sarkar, Suhas Yathiraj, Manasi Joshi, Tarun Dhillon, Nitesh Kumar, Thulasimathi Murugesan, Manish Ramdass, and Palak Kohli compete in their group stage games.
