Arshad Warsi hit the headlines with his honest take on the recently released film Kalki 2898 AD. Arshad appeared in Samdish Bhatia’s podcast and discussed about his life and career. In the interview, Arshad made a mention of the recent movies he watched. On being asked to name a worst film that he saw, Arshad said he didn’t like Kalki 2898 AD at all. He criticized the film and called Prabhas a joker.

Arshad praised Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwatthama in the movie and called Big B unreal. He spoke about Mr. Bachchan’s aura & stardom and said he was unbelievable.

Arshad Calls Prabhas ‘A Joker’

Arshad was however disappointed with Kalki 2898 movie and expected it to match the status of Mad Max. Meanwhile, he criticized Prabhas and said that he looks like ‘a joker’ in the movie. Arshad was seemingly not very impressed by Prabhas’s look in Nag Ashwin’s hit. He wanted Prabhas to look like Mel Gibson but his wish was unfulfilled. His exact words were “Tumne usko kya bana dia yaar.” His unfiltered take on the film has gone viral across social media platforms.

Arshad Warsi is clearly not a fan of Kalki 2898 AD, which smashed numerous box office records and crossed Rs.1000 crore mark worldwide. Nag Ashwin’s directional unveils Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Prabhas and Kamal Haasan in starring roles and a bunch of well-known south stars in special roles. Film Director Nag Ashwin is now gearing up for the second part of Kalki 2898 AD.

In the unfiltered conversation with Samdish, Arshad was seen lauding Rajkummar Rao’s in Srikanth. He said that he liked watching Munjya and Kill too. Munna Bhai fame Arshad was last seen in the web series Asur as Dhananjay Rajpoot.
