Despite being down with a viral flu, Bollywood diva Sushmita Sen held a live broadcast to interact with her fans following the shocking news of her heart attack. Updating her followers about her health and work, the actress made sure to thank everyone who had helped her during this tough time.

Taking to Instagram, the beauty queen called herself the most lucky girl thanks to the well wishes she had received. Crediting her fans’ love and good wishes for helping her heal, Sushmita called them her life’s greatest earning.
Going on to thank her army of doctors, family members, show makers and many others, the actress expressed gratitude for each person who helped her and kept her condition private. “My only request was that nobody should know that I was admitted and was undergoing surgery. The hospital, doctors and their team all honoured my privacy till I was discharged,” she revealed.
Urging her followers not to shun the gym, Sushmita said, “I know a lot of you will stop going to the gym and say, ‘it did not help her’, but that is not good, not good! It did help me. I survived a very big heart attack. It was massive with 95 percent blockage in the main artery. I survived because I have kept an active lifestyle. ”
Thanking fans one last time, the actress recommended that young people, especially women, take good care of themselves. Asserting that not only men suffer from heart attacks, Sushmita said, “A lot of young people are not surviving heart attacks, so it is very important to keep checking yourself. Also, it is nothing to be afraid of, but it is important to be vigilant.”

Talking about the third season of her web series Aarya, the actress said, “Can’t wait to get back on the sets and give you all a season three like never before. Once I get a clearance from my doctors, I will be off to Jaipur to finish Aarya.” She is also working on the dubbing for her upcoming web series Taali.
