Last night, India creates history at Oscar nominations! Apart from SS Rajamouli directorial venture RRR’s Naatu Naatu, Jacqueline Fernandez Tell It Like A Woman also secured the place in the Best Original Song category at the Oscars 2023 on January 24.
In this film, she portrayed a key role in the flick, has now congratulated the team on the big achievement. She also thanked Leena Yadav for casting her in Tell It Like A Woman. Applause is composed and written by Diane Warren and performed by Sofia Carson
the Bollywood diva took to Instagram and shared a picture as she congratulate Diane Warren for bagging an Oscar nomination for her song Applause from Tell It Like A Woman. Dropping the picture, Jacqueline captioned, “Beyond words right now. Congratulations to @dianewarren @sofiacarson for the Oscar nomination for ‘Applause’ and making us all proud! It was an honour to be associated with this beautiful film ‘Tell it like a woman’ alongside such esteemed artists! Besides Ram Charan and Jr NTR RRR’s sole nomination, the documentary All That Breathes was nominated in the Best Documentary Feature category, while The Elephant Whisperers was nominated in the Best Documentary Short category.
