Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a fantastic actor and is loved by millions of fans but there is one thing that she lacks in – maintaining “grace and posture”, something which has to even take training for. Yes, you read it right. The actress’ upcoming Telugu mythological drama Shaakuntalam required her to maintain grace and posture and she struggled with it, and hence, took training for the same.
Samantha shows how to maintain grace and posture
Samantha Ruth Prabhu had to train hard for her upcoming film Shaakuntalam, to maintain “grace and posture”, something she joked she struggled with. Taking to Instagram, she shared a post where she first show a video of her dog Sasha lazying around in the house, and the second photo shows Samantha striking a graceful pose but “it doesn’t come naturally”. She even quipped that could have taken Sasha for her training.
In the caption, she wrote, “The toughest part of Shakuntalam was maintaining grace and posture while walking, talking, running and even crying. And grace is sooo not my thing 😂 had to take training sessions for it! Should have taken Sasha along. Clearly so not her thing either. #LikeMotherLikeDaughter.”
Samantha diagnosed with myositis
Last year, Samantha revealed that she has been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis. Posting a hand-heart picture from the hospital, the actress wrote in her post, “It is this love and connection that I share with all of you, that gives me the strength to deal with the seemingly unending challenges that life throws at me. A few months back I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis. I was hoping to share this after it had gone into remission. But it is taking a little longer than I hoped. I am slowly realising that we don’t always need to put up a strong front. Accepting this vulnerability is something that I am still struggling with.”
