As if the drama among the Bigg Boss 16 contestants was not enough, Bigg Boss himself seems to be creating some drama in the upcoming episode of the Salman Khan hosted reality show. Putting Priyanka Chahar Choudhary’s love and friendship for Ankit Gupta to the test, the makers of the show are being dubbed as biased.
Bigg Boss gives a task to Priyanka Chahar Choudhary
In the latest promo of Bigg Boss 16, Bigg Boss assigned a new task to Priyanka. In the midst of eliminations, the telly actress was given the task of recovering the Rs 25 lakh that were deducted from the winner’s cash prize after Shalin Bhanot decided to save Tina Datta. However, just like last time, the task came with a twist. Priyanka was warned that if she pressed the buzzer and brought back the deducted lump sum, her good friend Ankit would immediately be evicted.
With Priyanka contemplating the task as Bigg Boss counts down, Archana Gautam and Sajid Khan can be seen mocking the actress.
Netizens react to the task
Many fans of the show were unhappy with the makers’ latest task. “Biased hona hai inko sirf agar wrong winner banege toh ye show he dekhna ban kar do sab jab TRP ni milegi Apne app line pe ajayge,” a netizen wrote. (Rough translation: This show has become so biased. In case an undeserving contestant is crowned the winner, we should all stop watching the show so that it affects its ratings.)
“Stop watching this baised show everyone…what’s the logic here,” one user commented while another added, “Bb you know ki voting ke hisab se #ankitgupta eliminate nahi hota.to is sart ka kya matlab hai ki aap use sidhe nikal donge.” (Rough translation: Bigg Boss cannot eliminate Akit Gupta based on votes, so how are you directly eliminating him?)
