Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently grabbed a lot of attention when she made the revelation about getting diagnosed with Myositis. After this big revelation about her health, not only her fans but her peers from the film industry also showered her with love and strength to come out of this. By sharing this post on her Instagram about her health issues, Samantha has portrayed that everything does not have to be perfect and one can also talk about their weaknesses on social media.
Samantha is immensely popular and her divorce announcement with ex-husband Naga Chaitanya left many fans heartbroken. She has talked about her separation and how it affected her during her public appearances, a number of times.
Recently, we got hold of one of Samantha’s earlier interactions where she could be spotted talking about the stress of “portraying perfect life” on social media. During a launch event of the Psychiatry At Your Doorstep initiative of Roshini Trust and Datla Foundation, Samantha had said, “We live in an increasingly stressful world where there is so much focus, whether it is on social media, on portraying perfect lives. It is becoming more difficult to speak about our weaknesses, our pain, our anxiety because there is so much focus… Being very active on social media, I noticed the stress on portraying perfect lives. No one’s life is perfect, trust me.”
She had further said, “I think it is time for people like us, people like me most definitely, to speak about not just the glitz and glamour but also the pain, the suffering, the lows. It is normal for all of us to go through that, it is too normal to talk about it and it is normal to ask for help.”
Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be next seen featuring in a lead role in Shaakuntalam, Yashoda and Kushi.
