Saudi Energy Minister Abdulaziz bin Salman visited India this week, as OPEC+ decided to cut oil production.
Notably, India and Saudi Arabia held discussions on the feasibility of institutionalising Rupee-Riyal trade, and the introduction of UPI and Rupay cards in the kingdom, the commerce ministry said on Monday.
