One of the most celebrated filmmakers in the entertainment industry, S. S. Rajamouli is celebrating his birthday today and wishes have been pouring in from all quarters. Apart from fans, many celebrities have also taken to social media to shower the filmmaker with love.
Known for his work in Telugu cinema, S. S. Rajamouli has helmed films like Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017), and RRR (2022), which are among the top five highest-grossing films in India to date. The filmmaker has now teamed up with Mahesh Babu for his next.
Interestingly, S. S. Rajamouli is a recipient of three National Film Awards, four Filmfare Awards South, and five Nandi Awards. Not just this, back in 2016, the Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri, for his contributions to the field of Art.
