Kareena Kapoor Khan

Second-time mom-to-be Kareena Kapoor Khan shelled out major goals when she was pregnant with her first child back in 2016. The then-new mom, who gained several kilos during her pregnancy worked hard and transformed her body with the help of dieting and pilates. It is reported that Kareena lost 12 kilos within 45 days of her delivery. However, she also is a firm believer that all new moms should be proud of their bodies.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Arguably one of the most beautiful women in the world, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was highly criticised for putting on too much weight during her pregnancy. In fact, she was slammed for her ‘inability’ to shed extra pounds post-delivery. While the actress did not lose weight in one go, Aishwarya took baby steps by practicing power yoga, brisk walk, and jogging.

Sameera Reddy 

Sameera Reddy talked about her weight gain after her first pregnancy back in 2015. In her long Instagram post, she talked about how her weight gain affected her mentally. In 2015, she touched 102 kg after the birth of her first child, Hans with husband Akshai Varde. “Took me 2 years more to lose the weight and to step out and face the world again but I wish I had the courage then,” she wrote. The actress managed to lose weight in over two years, with a proper workout that included yoga, pilates, and strength training.

Gabriella Demetriades

In her long Instagram post, Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend Gabriella revealed she had put on 21 kgs during her pregnancy. The mother of one confessed that shedding the baby weight was not an easy task for her. She worked out five days a week and ate in moderation in order to get back to her original shape. She managed to lose the extra weight in only 11 days.

Bollywood’s fit mom, Shilpa Shetty Kundra reportedly lost 21 kilos in a span of three months post her delivery. With a strict diet and workout regime, the actress in an interview stated that her fitness regime consisted of 20 minutes workout, comprising simple activities like walking, taking the stairs, and yoga.
