Fans have been eagerly waiting for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, which marks Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s first silver screen collaboration. Ahead of the film’s release, Karan Johar, who has backed the movie under his banner Dharma Productions, went on to release a new promo of the film.
In the same, one gets a glimpse of Vanarastra. The role is rumoured to be played by Shah Rukh Khan and fans can’t stop talking about the same in the comment section of the post.
Karan captioned the video, “The extraordinary power of Vānarāstra will unfold in just 8 days! #Brahmastra in cinemas from 9th September.
Apart from Ranbir and Alia, Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjun in important roles. Recently, in an interview, Mouni had confirmed SRK’s cameo in the film. It is also being rumoured that Deepika Padukone, too, has a cameo in the movie. In a previously shared promo of Brahmastra, fans suspected that it is Deepika’s voice. Haven’t seen it yet?
While sharing this promo on social media, Ayan had written, “All these years, Brahmāstra has belonged mainly to me and to the core team around me… But from September 9th – it will belong more to the audiences who experience it and hopefully appreciate it ! Very emotional, nervous, exciting, non-stop work days as we prepare to let Brahmāstra go out fully into this World!” Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva is set to hit the screens on September 9.
