The entire country is celebrating the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi with full enthusiasm. Be it common men or celebrities, everyone is busy worshipping Lord Ganesha and welcoming him at their homes. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family members have also welcomed Ganpati Bappa at their residence Mannat in Mumbai.
Shah Rukh Khan celebrates Ganesh Utsav
On Wednesday (August 31), SRK shared a glimpse of his Ganesh utsav at his abode on social media. He posted photo of his Ganpati idol on his official Twitter and Instagram handles along with a heartfelt note. King Khan revealed that he and son Abram Khan welcomed Lord Ganesha to their home while sharing the post.
Well thanks to Shah Rukh’s post, we know what the father-son duo did after the puja celebrations. They savoured delicious modaks, starting the festival on a positive note. The Kuch Kuch Hota star wished his fans with a sweet note on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2022 and we must say that it was a heartwarming post.
“Ganpatiji welcomed home by lil one and me….the modaks after were delicious…the learning is, through hard work, perseverance & faith in God, u can live your dreams. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to all,” the Chennai Express actor tweeted.
Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri Khan and three children welcome Ganpati Bappa every year at their abode in Mumbai. Last year, he had shared a post before immersing Ganpati idol. He wrote, “May Lord Ganesha’s blessings remain with all of us until we see him again next year… Ganpati Bappa Morya.”
What’s next for Shah Rukh Khan?
The ‘King of Romance’ will make his return to Hindi cinema after four long years with YRF’s Pathaan. The action drama co-starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham will hit the silver screens in January 2023.
