Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s first job was that of a hostess; her paycheck will leave you shocked

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is among the most sought-after actresses not just in Southern industries but also in Bollywood. The diva, who starred in The Family Man 2, is in talks with a number of Hindi filmmakers at the moment.
However, it has not been an easy journey for Samantha to the top as she has seen her fair share of struggles in life. Once, during a Question/Answer session with her fans on Instagram, the Oo Antava stunner talked about her first job.
Samantha told her followers that while she was in school, she worked as a hostess at a hotel for a conference. She also went on to reveal that she got a paycheck of Rs 500 for the eight-hour shift.
“My first income was 500 rupees for an eight-hour day as a hostess in a hotel for a conference, I was in 10th standard or 11th standard,” Samantha said during the interactive session.
Meanwhile, Samantha has been making headlines lately for her scintillating Koffee With Karan debut. She graced Karan Johar’s Koffee couch along with Akshay Kumar but stole the show with her honest and straightforward answers. Whether the questions were about her personal life or her professional life, Samantha did not shy away from speaking her heart out.
On the work front, the 35-year-old actress is set to weave her magic on the whole country with Yashoda, which will be getting a pan-India release. According to a recent report, the makers of the ambitious film have an extensive marketing strategy in place. The shoot for the film is said to be almost complete and the promotions will be kickstarting soon.
Also featuring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Unni Mukundan, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, and Sampath Raj, among others, Yashoda will hit the theatres on August 12 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
