Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in the 2018 movie Sanju and fans have been eagerly waiting to see the actor back on the silver screen. Ranbir will be soon headlining Shamshera, which is being helmed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Yash Raj Films.
Earlier today, a poster showing Ranbir’s rugged look took over the internet. Netizens are claiming that this is Ranbir’s first look poster for the movie
Soon after, the hashtag ‘Ranbir Hot In Shamshera’ started trending on Twitter. Talking about the poster, one user went on to write, “This movie is a mega hit…note it down. People will rush to the cinemas for this extremely captivating look of Ranbir Kapoor that we have never expected. #RanbirHotInShamshera”
Apart from Ranbir, Shamshera also stars Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in key roles. The film will also release in dubbed Tamil and Telugu versions simultaneously.
Recently, the director of the film, Karan opened up about the poster leak and said, “We keep planning our lives so that we land things at the perfect time but in doing so we forget that the Universe is always on time.”
“Incidents like these are a true example of that! I’m just happy that people and fans of Ranbir Kapoor are loving his look and the poster of Shamshera,” he said further, as reported by ETimes.
