Gippy Grewal remembers Sidhu Moose Wala on birth anniversary, says, ‘Only thing that matters is justice’

The shocking murder of Punjabi singer turned politician Sidhu Moose Wala sent shockwaves across the country, leaving a deep void in the entertainment and music industry. The singer was shot dead in Punjab’s Mansa. On the birth anniversary of the singer Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal took to his Instagram and dropped a few pictures with Sidhu, he also shared an emotional post for the singer that is too heartwrenching to read.
Sharing a few photos with Sidhu, he wrote in Punjabi, which reads, “Sidhu dreamed that the Punjabi industry should be at No 1. He said that our competition is not with each other but with international artists. But now everyone in the Punjabi industry is blaming each other.”
Further addressing the ongoing investigation and chaos surrounding Sidhu’s case, he wrote, “Be smart and realise that things like who did what doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is justice for Sidhu. The only thing one can do is visit Sidhu’s parents at least 2-4 times a year because we should become like their son, Sidhu, and offer them, love.”
Singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh also penned a few words for the late singer. In the caption, he added, “Creativity…Music kitey ni jaanda (Creativity and Music can never go away)”. Currently, fans are trending Sidhu on Twitter as they continue to remember his music.”
Sidhu’s murder
Sidhu died on May 29 after he was shot dead. The incident took place a day after his security cover was withdrawn by the Punjab Police. Sidhu had joined the Congress in December last year. He was cremated at his native village in Mansa. Over a thousand people gathered to catch one last glimpse of the singer. Sidhu was a self-made star. Some of his works include High, Issa Jatt, and Selfmade Famous among others.
