Samantha will also be starring in Shaakuntalam, which is a mytholocigal drama by Gunasekhar. The upcoming release is being produced by Neelima Guna under Gunaa Teamworks and distributed by Dil Raju Productions. It is based on a popular play Shakuntala by Kalidasa.
