Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj shared a lovely pic with his friends after visiting Priyanka Chopra’s New Your restaurant Sona. The actress launched her restaurant in 2021 which serves multiple cuisines but specialises in desi food. Celebs like Mindy Kaling, Farhan Akhtar, Anupam Kher, Michael Park and others have visited the actress’ restaurant and have been quite impressed by it.
On Tuesday, Vishal Bhardwaj tweeted a picture after visiting Sona restaurant and tagged Priyanka Chopra telling her that the desi food had a twist. “What a lovely night with friends and the most delicious desi food with a twist in NY. #SonaNewYork @priyankachopra,” he wrote.
The Sky Is Pink actress reacted to the filmmaker’s tweet and wrote, “So glad you liked it sir. You’re welcome anytime. @VishalBhardwaj #SonaNewYork”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka is currently spending time at home with her husband Nick Jonas and their daughter. The couple welcomed their baby girl in January via surrogacy. Priyanka has several projects in the pipeline but has taken a break from work.
She has a wedding comedy with Mindy Kaling and will reportedly begin shooting for Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa later this year. The latter co-stars Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
Besides this, Priyanka’s Hollywood film It’s All Coming Back To Me co-starring Sam Heughan and Celine Dion will release on February 14, 2023. The 39-year-old actress will also feature in the Russo brother’s web series Citadel which will release on Amazon Prime Video. It stars Richard Madden in the lead alongside Priyanka.
