Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins dies at 50, Vishal Dadlani mourns his loss

Taylor Hawkins’ death shook everyone. When the news of this legendary drummer’s demise at the age of barely 50 came, music aficionados all around the world were stunned. The cause of Taylor’s death, on the other hand, is still unknown.
Apart from the celebrities and friends, Vishal Dadlani, India’s well-known singer and composer, has expressed his grief. The singer-songwriter took to Twitter to write, “Truly sad. 🙁 Condolences to his family and his band.”
Taylor Hawkins, who was one of the oldest members of the rock band Foo Fighters, was on tour in South America. After performing at a festival in San Isidro, Argentina on Sunday, the band was due to perform in Bogota, Colombia on Friday night. The band has issued a statement in response to Taylor’s death.
The Foo Fighters wrote in a condolence statement, “The Foo Fighters family is devastated due to the untimely demise of our beloved Taylor Hawkins. His musical spirit and laughter will be with us forever. Our hearts go out thinking about his wife, children and family, and we want his privacy to be taken care of in such difficult times.”
After Foo Fighters founder Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins was the band’s most famous member. Taylor had been a member of the Foo Fighters for 25 years. He was recently seen in the horror comedy film, Studio 666.
The plot for the film was inspired by their work on their tenth studio album at a mansion in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles.
In the film, Hawkins and other band members Pat Smear, Rami Jaffee, Chris Shiflett, and Nate Mendel are all killed off one by one. The movie allowed the band, who has been one of rock music’s most enduring bands for decades, to have some fun while enacting a long-running joke.
Hawkins was born in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1972, and grew up in Laguna Beach, California. Before landing his first major gig as a drummer for Canadian vocalist Sass Jordan, he was a member of the small Southern California band Sylvia. He then spent the mid-1990s as Alanis Morissette’s touring drummer before being recruited to join the Foo Fighters by Grohl.
Grohl is dealing with the death of his close bandmate for the second time. When Kurt Cobain died in 1994, Grohl was Nirvana’s drummer.
