The young actress of Bollywood, Alia Bhatt is currently one of the busiest stars of Bollywood. After delivering a box office success in the form of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, the actress promoted RRR along with costars Jr NTR, Ram Charan and director SS Rajamouli.
And now Alia recently has resumed the shooting of Brahmastra, which is currently happening in Varanasi. The duo is currently filming Ayan Mukerji’s adventure action fantasy drama on the Ganga ghats and the pics and videos of the same are currently dominating the social media.
Now, one video from the last schedule of Brahmastra has grabbed our attention, where Alia Bhatt did an impromptu promotion of her upcoming biggie RRR. In the clip, we see Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt standing on a small ferry as it floats on the waterbody. They are surrounded by the crew in another ferry, which has the camera loaded on it.
RK and Alia wave their fans, who are screaming with excitement and happiness. And one of the fans shouts RRR and Alia wastes no times scream the same with fans. Well, that’s what we called a multi-tasker as Alia despite busy in the shooting of Brahmastra, the actress promoted RRR like a boss. Interestingly, the team of RRR also promoted their film at Varanasi.
Talking about Brahmastra, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. It will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages. The adventure fantasy film will hit the screens on September 9, 2022.
During the poster launch of the film, director Ayan Mukerji revealed that he didn’t want anyone to see RK and Alia as the couple before the release of his film.
He said, “To be honest when we started our film, I thought this is the best casting- Ranbir and Alia, powerhouses. It was just too good. Then Ranbir and Alia became very good friends, then very very very good friends in life, then more than friends. So then, I didn’t want the whole world to see them for these 4 years. I didn’t want anyone to see them till my film had not come out. So, Lots of things haven’t happened in their lives because every time they went out together, I would be sitting at the back saying ‘you all are ruining my film. Please don’t go anywhere.’ It feels good now that we can share them.”
The film is produced under the banners of Dharma Productions and Fox Star Studios.
