Salman Khan fails to pull-off Jumme Ki Raat hook step with Pooja Hegde at Da-bangg tour; netizens say, ‘pure cringe’

Salman Khan is currently in Dubai for his Da-bangg tour with other celebs. While the concert always grabs the headlines for all the good reasons, this time it’s the other way round. A clip from the event has surfaced online and is currently grabbing the eyeballs of netizens.
In the clip, we see Salman Khan reenacting the hook step of Jumme Ki Raat with Pooja Hegde but failing completely. In the original song, where Salman grooved with Jacqueline Fernandez, we saw the actor lifting Jacqy’s coat with teeth and dancing as she walks in front of him.
But in the event, the actor was not able to do that step as Pooja was wearing a short bodycon dress. Soon, we saw netizens sharing their comments on the clip. While a person wrote, “He was trying to do the famous step that was with his teeth but the joke was that this dress was short. Poor taste for sure but I am pretty sure it was staged since it’s a really really popular step,” another one commented, “That’s part of this song-dance routine. It looked gross. I agree about that.”
“I think there is some step in the original song where he chews on the skirt and dances and here he is trying to show there is nothing to bite on, whatever it is, it’s very weird,” said a social media user. Another person commented, “Ew, wtf is this. Pure cringe.”
On the professional front, Salman Khan will be next seen in Tiger 3, which is directed by Maneesh Sharma of Fan, Shuddh Desi Romance, Band Baaja Baaraat and Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl fame. The film also features Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in prominent roles. Produced under the banner of YRF, it is set to hit the screens in the second-half of 2022. The film will also have a cameo of Shah Rukh Khan, who will reprise his character from Pathan as a RAW agent.
